Glass damage or a mechanical problem?
A broken pane and a window that will not move are not always the same repair. If the glass is intact but stuck, ask about a regulator or motor assessment. If a pane shattered, tell us its exact position and whether anything else was damaged.

Have the year, make, model and VIN ready if possible. Send photos that show both the whole window and the damage. For windshields, identify cameras, rain sensors and a head-up display so the quoted glass matches the vehicle.
Weekend window tinting by appointment
Window tinting is offered on weekends by appointment only. Call (615) 350-7227 with your vehicle details to confirm the available day, time and work requested before coming to the shop.
If you are also replacing glass, plan the tinting separately: newly installed glass must sit at least four days before outside tinting is applied. Ask the team to coordinate the installation and tinting appointments for your vehicle.
