We need the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and we will ask about the sensors and technologies your windshield has. Having your VIN gives the most precise result, because a single model can have over 10 different part numbers. In rare cases we may ask you to text a picture of the windshield for final confirmation.
Windshield replacement takes 45 minutes to 1 hour and door glass replacement about 30 minutes. If your vehicle has a lane departure camera, calibration can add 15 to 45 minutes.
No appointment is needed if we have your part in stock. We operate first-come, first-served. If we have to order your part, we will tell you when you call and take a deposit before you drive in, along with an estimated arrival time.
Seal: lifetime warranty against leaks. New glass: 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Door panel parts: 1-year on new regulators and 30 days on used regulators and motors. We do not offer warranties on door glass or on re-seals of existing glass.
